Every year seniors fall victim to the virus of senioritis. Being that senior year is your last year, you start asking yourself ‘what am I doing here, or why am I still here? It happens every year! Some students can’t overcome the senioritis and the either fail their senior year of they drop out. I believe this to be a mystery because no one knows exactly why seniors fall victim to this “disease”.

Due to government spending cut downs the government is trying to remove our beautiful big yellow school bus that transports us and other kids to school every day. There are so many positives that come from our yellow buses that getting rid of them would make a negative effect on the kids and environment. Not only do they help transfer kids they cut down on pollution and safety hazards.

Mlle. Rinzella is the newest student teacher at Warren G. Harding. She will be teaching French along with Mlle. Sanfrey. Mlle. Rinzella is a graduate of Lakeview High School and University of Mount Union in Alliance, Ohio. She is currently attending Youngstown State University. Rinzella spent 4 1/2 months in France in 2008 studying abroad as an undergrad, and she also spent another 3 months in 2010 while working on her masters.

Coach Arnold, Warren G. Harding basketball Coach is to become the head coach of Harding’s football team in the fall of 2012. About a decade ago he was on Warren G. Harding’s football staff so he does have experience working with our football players.

Other features: Separate underclass and upperclass campuses; large, state-of-the-art classrooms and instructional labs; computer labs with advanced technology; new natatorium; full-service cafeteria; media center; and Mollenkopf Athletic Complex. Although students will be separated to a certain degree, they will share common areas such as the cafetorium, media center, auditorium, art, music foreign language and consumer science rooms and athletic areas.
